Color Consulting

Selecting paint colors in a paint store is problematic for many people. The myriad of colors with so many shades and undertones is confusing and complicated by different lighting in the store so the colors don't look the same in your home or business. Seeing a color in another home, a magazine, or online does not mean it will look that good in your home with your things and lighting. Taking pictures of your home on your phone or tablet is no help for color matching since screens do not duplicate actual colors, so may do more harm than good. Even taking samples of fabrics, tiles & granite to the store only gives a small idea of color but leaves out other things that might conflict with or enhance the choice. Check out our color consulting services to assist in making the best selections of paint for your interior or exterior.

Furniture brought from former home did not fit well and client said was uncomfortable. Clients requested comfort and livability and a scheme to "wow".

The other side of the kitchen. We were able to reopen two of the windows in the room as well as a door to a porch (not shown) which allowed natural light in. This home was shown to the public as an ASID showhouse before returning to the state to use as a govenor's guest house.
